  International trade refers to the exchange of goods, services and production factors between different countries (and/or regions).   Exporters should obtain a checklist with a letter of introduction of the unit and the certificate of the export inspector (now the seal of the account opening unit) from the foreign exchange bureau before export business. When an exporting entity applies for a verification form to the foreign exchange bureau, it shall fill in the name of the entity on the spot, or stamp the name of the entity in the column of "exporting entity" on each verification form on the spot. The official seal of the unit shall be affixed before the formal use of the verification form.

  The confirmation form is valid for customs declaration within two months from the date of receipt. The exporter shall return the unused verification form to the foreign exchange bureau for cancellation within one month from the expiry date. The verification form filled out by the exporter shall be consistent with the relevant content recorded on the export goods declaration form.

  Lost and reissued verification form

  After the export unit loses the verification form, it shall make a written explanation (with the official seal and seal of the legal person) to the foreign exchange bureau within 15 days and apply for a loss declaration.

  1. The foreign exchange bureau will cancel the blank checklist;

  2. For the declared checklist, the check and cancellation should be carried out together with the relevant export certificate.

  (3) If a special export tax rebate ticket is required to be reissued, after completing the export verification and write-off procedures, the exporting entity shall apply to the tax bureau in writing and submit the export non-refundable certificate issued by the taxation department.
